A wrong figure on one of these pages, an application that went quiet, a lender ignoring Ontario's rules: three problems, three different doors. We fix the site. The platform handles applications. A loan problem starts with the lender and, if it stays unfixed, moves to Consumer Protection Ontario or the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada.
Something on this site is wrong
Mistakes on Loans London are ours, and an email to naming the page and the sentence is how they get fixed. A reply comes within a few business days, and a confirmed error, a wrong dollar figure or a London detail that has gone stale, is corrected with the date at the top moved to match. For anything that is not ours, the contact page holds the full routing table.
Your application
An application's status lives with the platform, whose support contact appears on the form and in your confirmation email. Nothing you send ever routes through this site, so nobody here can look a file up or say why it was declined. The how it works page names each of the four steps, which helps when describing where things stopped.

A loan you hold
A problem with a signed loan starts with the lender, whose complaint contact must appear on the agreement. The Payday Loans Act, 2008 obliges a licensed Ontario payday lender to:
- keep the cost at or under $14 per $100 borrowed;
- lend no more than $1500 and no more than 50% of your net pay for the period;
- accept a cancellation at no cost within two business days of signing;
- write no rollovers and open no second payday loan while one is outstanding;
- offer an extended payment plan at no extra cost on a third loan within 63 days.
Make the complaint in writing and keep your copy.
Lender conduct
When a licensed lender will not put a breach right, the file goes to Consumer Protection Ontario, which licenses every payday lender and every lending location in the province and runs the complaint route for them. Bring the agreement, a record of each debit, the lender's messages and the dates. For rights that run Canada wide, or a complaint about a federally regulated bank, the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada is the address.

Who handles what
| The problem | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| A page here is wrong or has gone stale | Us, by email |
| The form, the bank connection or an application's status | The platform's support contact |
| A cost over $14 per $100, a refused cancellation, an advance over 50% of net pay | The lender first, then Consumer Protection Ontario |
| A rollover, a second loan while one ran, no extended plan on a third loan, a charge missing from the agreement | The lender first, then Consumer Protection Ontario |
| Payday loans offered to London, Ontario borrowers without an Ontario licence | Consumer Protection Ontario directly |
| A federally regulated bank, or borrower rights in general | The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada |
What we can and cannot do
Correcting our own pages and pointing at the right door is the extent of our reach. Cancelling a loan, moving a payment date, refunding a fee or making a lender answer is beyond it; we hold no account with any lender and no window into your application, as the about page sets out. A regulator can order a licensed lender to put things right; we can only tell you which regulator. No outcome is ever promised here.

What we keep
Complaint emails and our replies stay on file until the matter closes, then get deleted, and none of it is shared with a lender or the platform.
