Money flows from lenders to Loans London, never the other way and never from you. This page names the single moment a fee is paid, explains why your loan's price cannot move because of it, describes what the apply link tells the platform, lists what we never learn about your file, and says why none of it makes us a lender or a broker.
When a fee is paid
One event triggers the referral fee: a licensed lender funds a loan for a person who arrived through this site. No funding, no fee; a declined application pays nothing, and a loan cancelled inside Ontario's two business day window pays nothing either. On the lender's books the fee is ordinary marketing spend, in the same column as a radio spot in the morning drive along the 401.
Your cost does not move
The fee never gets added to a loan and never raises what you repay. An Ontario payday lender prices at or under the $14 per $100 cap set by the Payday Loans Act, 2008, so $300 borrowed costs $42 and $342 comes out on the next pay date, whether you found the lender here, through a search or from a coworker between shifts. An installment lender quotes its APR under the federal 35% ceiling on the same footing. Not one cent of any repayment reaches us.

What the apply link carries
A single site code rides the apply link so the platform knows the visit started at loanslondon.ca and a funded loan can be matched back. Nothing about you rides with it: no name, no location, no record of which page you read, and the browser sends no referrer. The privacy page goes deeper, and the how it works page shows what the platform asks once you arrive.
What we never see
Your application, your bank connection, your credit file, the lender's decision and the terms you sign all stay out of our sight. The platform matches on employment income, province and chequing account, and what comes back to us is a notice that a loan funded and the fee owed, nothing more. Which lender approved you is not told to us.

No lender buys a place here
Placement, ranking and mentions are not for sale on this site, and no lender is named anywhere on it. There are no lender reviews, no shortlist of favourites and no nudge toward one company over another. What the fee buys us is an interest in your loan funding with a lender that says yes; it buys no influence over which lender that turns out to be.
Not a lender, not a broker
Taking a referral fee does not turn Loans London into a lender, a loan broker or an adviser, and the site holds no licence under the Payday Loans Act, 2008 because it neither lends nor arranges loans for anyone. Pages and one link are the whole operation; everything after the click belongs to the platform and the lender. Who runs the site is on the about page, and the ground rules sit in the terms of use.
