What Loans London publishes is information plus one referral link. It is not a lender and not a broker, it keeps no office anywhere, and nothing on it is advice about your money or your legal position.
Information, not advice
These pages lay out how payday and installment loans work under Ontario and federal law and where the legal limits sit; weighing your own situation is not something they can do. Your pay deposits, your rent and the size of your February heating bill are invisible to a web page, so no page here can say borrow, how much, or from whom.
Legal advice is not on offer either. A question about a lender's conduct or your rights under the Payday Loans Act, 2008 belongs with Consumer Protection Ontario or a lawyer. A non-profit credit counsellor can go through the whole picture without charge, and the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada publishes plain language guidance on payday loans and the alternatives to them.

Where the figures come from
Each dollar figure on the site is an Ontario legal ceiling or an example worked at that ceiling, never a quote. The $14 per $100 cap, the $1500 maximum, the 62 day limit, the 50% of net pay rule and the two business day cancellation right all come from the Payday Loans Act, 2008 and its regulations; the 35% top on installment lending comes from section 347 of the Criminal Code. A lender is free to charge under a cap, and the cost of borrowing disclosure it hands you is the number you actually sign.
Local detail stays descriptive: the river, the bus corridors, the hospitals, the highways and the neighbourhoods get named, while lenders, street addresses and counts we cannot source never do.

The lender decides
Approval, amount, cost or APR, repayment date and every other term belong to the licensed lender, not to this site, and no lender can commit to a result before reading your income. Nothing here means an offer will come. Before signing a payday agreement, confirm it names the lender, states the full cost in dollars, puts the repayment on your next pay date and carries the cancellation notice the Act requires. After signature the agreement governs, not any sentence on this site.
Rates and rules change
Statutes, caps and lender pricing can all move after a page is written, and a page can trail behind them. The pages get reviewed against the statute and against what Consumer Protection Ontario publishes, but no promise is made that a figure here matches a lender's latest disclosure, or that this site, the platform or any lender is reachable at the moment you need them. Liability limits live in the terms of use, and the referral disclosure explains how the site is paid.
